Humates – a group of natural high-molecular substances, which due to their structural features and physical-chemical properties are characterized by high physiological activity. They are not toxic, not carcinogenic, not mutagenic and do not have embryological activity. Residual quantities of humates in plants do not show up, since they are quickly included in the metabolic process. At the same time, if we proceed from the pore sizes in the cell walls of the roots and leaves of plants, which range from 3.5 to 5.2 nm, we can assume that at a molecule length of 5.3-6.4 nm for fulvic acids and 9, 4-10.7 nm for humic acids, the transfer of these compounds in the cell walls is very difficult.
The biological effect of humic substances on living organisms is due to the fact that molecules of humic substances and high molecular weight residues of their intracellular digestion are localized in cell walls or in a layer directly adjacent to the cytoplasmic membrane. This gives its effect – cells do not expend energy on protective functions and energy without losses goes to fission processes, which we see – plants using humic substances grow better and develop, providing an increase in yield. With the existing technology, too little of the molecules of humic substances enter the cell – only a spontaneous number of low-molecular fragments. A consequence of this is the instability of the properties of known fertilizers containing humic substances.
The preparation “Fulvogumat®” Ivan Ovsinsky “® (“Agrohumat.F”) produced by LLC NPO Alfa Group is a mechanically activated carbon alkaline potassium humate derived from caustobolites – leonardite, the best natural brown coals, predominantly the Cenozoic age of the Nazarovo deposit of the Kansk-Achinsk basin by a unique mechanic-chemical and cavitation combined technology in the form of organic water concentrate from 4 to 15% content of humic and fulvic acids for agro technical processing of seeds and seedlings, root and foliar top dressing (op vegetation ripening) of any plants, including those grown on the bog, in the closed ground and in hydroponic technology. The preparation includes amino acids (threonine, methionine, lysine, cysteine, etc.) and enzymes that catalyze oxidative reactions and hydrolysis reactions. In the preparation there is a wide variety of different macro- and microelements, they activate the processes of plant growth, and also increase resistance to diseases, drought and frost. With proper application the drug allows next:
- increase productivity by 15-35% on soils of different levels of fertility;
- ensure the resistance of plants to various diseases;
- to have an anti-stress effect under unfavorable climatic factors;
- form a powerful root system;
- improve the quality characteristics of agricultural products;
- reduce the rate of application of mineral fertilizers by 20-30% due to the ability of the drug to activate the soil biota and, due to its chelate form, provide more complete assimilation of the introduced mineral fertilizers;
- to ensure detoxification of the soil from nitrates, heavy metals, herbicides and other soil toxins.
With proper use of the drug, root formation increases, the content of five essential amino acids, the intensity of respiration, photosynthesis and water exchange increases, the concentration of chlorophyll and ascorbic acid increases, especially in the initial phases of plant development. Phosphorus metabolism changes, protein metabolism is accelerated, the content of nitrates in finished products decreases and its quality improves, yields are increased. The drug reduces acidity and improves soil structure, stimulates the development of all soil microorganisms, which contributes to the intensive restoration (formation) of humus in soils, reduces by 20-40% the consumption of pesticides and herbicides. The main physicochemical and agrochemical parameters are established in accordance with GOST R 51520-99, TU 2189-001-66240349-2014. The preparation has a natural precipitate in the form of fragile particles of less than 130 microns completely soluble in water. It is recommended to dissolve in warm, non-chlorinated water, the aqueous solution is prepared immediately before use.
